  • How much does delivery cost?
    UK Standard Delivery UK Standard Delivery costs £4.99 and it will take 2-3 business days for your item(s) to be delivered. You will be provided with a reference number once your order has been dispatched so you can track your delivery. UK Next Day Delivery UK Next Day Delivery costs £5.99 and your item(s) will be delivered the following working day provided the order is placed before 12pm on a business day. *Please note any orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Delivery for any orders placed during Bank Holidays and Christmas may be delayed. Free Delivery You will receive free delivery on any orders over £150.

  • Which countries do you deliver to?
    At present we offer delivery within the UK only. We may consider broadening this service to other countries at a later date.
  • How can I return my item?
    You can return only unworn and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, with tags attached and without stains. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return fees therefore the responsibility of all return costs (including shipping) will be the customer's. Please note a £10 returns fee will apply to all refunds in order to cover our transaction and administrative fees. In order to process your refund please email hello@emellelondon.com with the word "return" and your order number in the subject bar and include the following details in your email; • Your name • Order number We aim to respond to your email within 48 hours with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure to pack the unworn item(s) securely in waterproof packaging before sending back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days provided the item meets the conditions of our refund policy.
  • I'm having trouble placing my order

  • Can I cancel or amend my order after placing it?
    Unfortunately you won't be able to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major debit/credit cards and Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • I can't find the item I'm looking for on your website
    We pride ourselves in being able to offer premium products with a limited range. At times this may mean that you might have seen a dress on our social media pages but when you visited our website, it was no longer in stock. We strive to do our best to make our customers happy and if there is an 'out of stock' product that you really want you can click on "notify when available". This means you'll receive an email from us if your item comes back in stock.
  • Can I make a request for an item that is no longer in stock?
    We pride ourselves in being able to offer premium products with limited range. At times this may mean that you might have seen a dress on our social media pages but when you visited our website, it was no longer in stock. We strive to do our best to make our customers happy and if there is an 'out of stock' product that you really want you can click on "notify when available". This means you'll receive an email from us if your item comes back in stock. While we cannot promise that any one particular model or design will become available to purchase again, we are keen to hear from our customers. Your feedback is crucial in helping us to understand the type of dresses that appeal to you.
